At this month’s 1 Million Cups, Charming Quail™ Jewelry Design LLC will share a short, story-driven talk exploring the moment between emotional connection and confident action.


Through the story of a customer archetype, we’ll look at how identity, confidence, and craftsmanship intersect, and why people who resonate deeply with a product don’t always take the next step to buy. This isn’t a pitch deck or a lesson in marketing tactics. It’s a conversation about human decision-making, trust, and what removes hesitation when the purchase actually matters.
