Refund Policy

At Charming Quail™, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Because all of our jewelry is made to order, our refund policy is designed to balance thoughtful customer service with the realities of custom production.
Standard Products
You may request a refund or return for non-custom items within 14 days of the shipping date.
To be eligible, the item must be:

In its original, unworn condition

Returned in the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
If approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
Custom Products
Custom jewelry is non-refundable. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, based on your requested specifications, we cannot offer refunds or returns.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your custom piece, we offer one full remake of the design at no additional charge, provided it stays true to the original concept.
Please note: Custom designs may differ slightly from sketches or computer renders due to the nature of the materials, the creative process, and the unique qualities of gemstones.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including offering a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.
How to Start a Return or Refund Request
To begin a return or refund request, please contact us through our website at www.charmingquail.com/contact. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for how and where to send your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
